Processing Times - Orders at Sniffs and Giggles are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Timeframes - Our goal is to have your furry friends' goodies at your doorstep within 15 working days from date of order, but Please bear in mind that delivery times may vary based on your location and other external factors. Any items delivering within Australia should arrive within a week.
Free Shipping - Treat yourself to free shipping on orders $150! All orders over $150 site wide will automatically receive free shipping at checkout.
Order Tracking - Once your package leaves our facility, a tracking number will be emailed to you, allowing you to stay informed about your delivery's progress.
Multiple Shipments - To ensure the fastest delivery, some products may be sent separately. Don't worry; you won't incur any additional shipping charges for this.
International Suppliers - At times, certain items may be shipped directly from international suppliers to provide you with a diverse range of quality products.
Shipping Restrictions - Currently, we only ship within Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, North America, and Europe. Please contact us if you would like international shipping elsewhere and we will see what we can do to help. For any inquiries or assistance related to shipping, feel free to reach out to our dedicated customer service team. Refund Process - We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us for assistance.

Returns policy
At Sniffs and Giggles, we want you and your pets to be absolutely thrilled with your purchases. Here's our returns policy designed to ensure a purr-fectly satisfying experience:
Return Period - We offer a 15-day return policy. If you receive an item and find it unsatisfactory within the first 15 days, you're entitled to a refund.
Refund Conditions - Refunds are not applicable if you've changed your mind or made a mistaken purchase after receiving your order.
Product Eligibility - Carefully review product descriptions and sizing guides/charts before making a purchase, as returns cannot be accepted for opened items or incorrect sizing. We're committed to achieving fair and reasonable outcomes for our customers.
Refund Criteria - Refunds are available if the product arrives not as described, is broken, or fails to arrive at all.
Manufacturer's Warranty - Goods with a manufacturer's warranty or guarantee will be subject to return, exchange, or refund only when agreed upon by the manufacturer.
Eligibility Criteria - To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Initiating a Return - Contact us at info@sniffsandgiggles.com.au to initiate a return. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues - Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and rectify the issue. We ensure to pack your orders with the upmost care. All fragile packages are clearly labeled as fragile. The condition they arrive to you in is out of our hands once your package is in possession of Australia Post. If there is a significant issue with an order, please make contact with us within 5 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items - Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, pet hygiene products, last chance sale items, and gift cards, cannot be returned.
Exchanges - The quickest way to get the desired item is to return the original. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
